I am interested in studying various processes in romantic relationships, such as attachment, sexuality, intimacy, commitment, and communication.
My research has primarily focused on the nature of sexual intimacy and intimacy in heterosexual romantic relationships; specifically how these concepts relate to personal and interpersonal well-being. I am also interested in how attachment style shapes expectations for new relationships, the development of personal guidelines for sexual behaviour, and women's narratives about their relationships.
